I have been connected to the club for over 25 years, firstly as a volunteer, but over the past 6 years as a full-time employee. What follows is our journey with still the destination to reach. Lyndon had just left a senior position in construction distribution and wanted to follow my passion of football development which had started off as a parent coach at the club. I’d reached UEFA B and felt I could not only improve players but most importantly mentor coaches so that I could influence much greater numbers as a fulltime employee.
